I knew today was going to be unlike any other, the way the fresh-falling powder did more than shine, it absolutely beamed. And though it was time to retire, the pine in our modest apartment radiated with life. Yukiko turned as cherry as her robe when I turned to her and snatched her for the first of many kisses today.
